At Origin Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns on non-perishable equipment within 30 days and offer resolutions for any quality issues with our beans.

Verification
For coffee quality concerns, please include the roast date and batch number found on the back of the packaging.
Return Shipment
Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the products back to our roasting facility.
Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
